BUWOG AG: Dr. Oliver Schumy resigns as member and vice-chairman of the supervisory board
 

- Resignation effective on 06 March 2017, 24:00

- Klaus Hübner to succeed Schumy as vice-chairman of the supervisory board

On the supervisory board of BUWOG AG there is the following change, effective on 06 March 2017 at 24:00: Dr. Oliver Schumy, CEO of IMMOFINANZ AG, is resigning from his position as member and vice-chairman of the supervisory board. Klaus Hübner will take over the position of vice-chairman of the supervisory board at this time.

Dr. Oliver Schumy succeeded Dr. Eduard Zehetner on the supervisory board of BUWOG AG, effective on 01 May 2015. The supervisory board and executive board of BUWOG AG thank Dr. Oliver Schumy for the constructive cooperation.
