Nora M. Denzel is an American software executive with over 30 years of experience in Silicon Valley. She has held several key C-Suite roles, including Senior Vice President in a number of product divisions at Legato Systems, HP Enterprise, and Intuit. At the board-level, Nora served as Board Director and Interim Chief Executive Officer at Outerwall, Inc. and served on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and the Compensation Committees at Saba Software and Talend SA. Nora currently serves on the Board of Directors at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), LME Ericsson, and NortonLifelock.
