Today, the biggest part of the integration activities has been successfully implemented, including a new portfolio for both Consumer and Business, two strong refreshed brands and broad harmonization mainly involving HR topics.

After an intense and successful integration phase, Sunrise is entering a new chapter, focusing even more on strategy execution, maximizing market focus, further improving customer excellence, and value-driven customer management. To ensure the execution of this next chapter, Sunrise will adjust its structure to be even more agile to compete in the highly competitive market.

As of today, the Sunrise Executive Committee will consist of the following 8 members:

• Marcel Huber, General Counsel & Chief Corporate Affairs Officer

Former ExCom members Stefan Fuchs, Christoph Richartz and Mick Fernhout will take on new functions in the Consumer Unit, reporting directly to Severina Pascu as Chief Consumer Officer.

Former ExCom members Nadine Zollinger, Françoise Clemes, Giuseppe Bonina and Robert Wigger (who decided in September to leave Sunrise) will leave Sunrise after a transition period. With their tremendous dedication, engagement, and support over the past years, they have contributed significantly to the success of Sunrise and UPC. They are extraordinarily skilled executives and outstanding leaders, and Sunrise wishes them all the best for their professional and personal future.
