Orell Füssli Holding Ltd: Change on the Group Executive Board Zurich, 25th May 2020 – Organisational and personnel changes on the Group Executive Board. Head of Human Resources leaves the company. 05/25/2020 — Peter Crottogini, Head of Human Resources and Member of the Group Executive Board, has decided to leave the company in order to concentrate in future on his activity as a freelance consultant and coach. With effect from 1st July 2020 Sonja Lütolf, Head of Human Resources in the Security Printing Division, will also be taking over as Head of Human Resources for the Orell Füssli Group. In this role she will report directly to the CEO. However, as a result of the adaptation of the management structure, Human Resources is no longer be represented in the Group Executive Board. Peter Crottogini was Head of Human Resources at the Orell Füssli Group and a member of the Executive Board since 2011. The Board of Directors and Executive Board would like to express their sincere gratitude to him for his active commitment and wish both Peter Crottogini and Sonja Lütolf every success in their new tasks. The composition of the Group Executive Board of the Orell Füssli Group as of 1st July 2020 is therefore as follows: Daniel Link (CEO), Beat Müller (CFO), Dr Michael Kasch (Head of the Security Printing Division), Thorsten Tritschler (Head of the Zeiser Division) and Dr Daniel Broger (Head of Corporate Development). |
