TK Elevator: Changes in the Management Board

On July 18, 2023, the supervisory board of TK Elevator GmbH terminated the employment of its Chief Human Resources Officer, Philipp Voet van Vormizeele, with the company and removed him from all other positions with the group. This decision was taken in response to alleged violations of his employment agreement, which Mr. Voet van Vormizeele recently self-reported to the authorities.

We have launched an internal investigation. Based on our preliminary assessment and on the information currently known, there will not be a material impact on our business, operations or financial results or any third parties. No other employees have been suspended or terminated. Philipp Voet van Vormizeele has agreed to fully cooperate during the ongoing investigation.

We have reallocated his previous leadership responsibilities within our organization.
