Hydroinvest acquires RusHydro's shares
PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that Joint-Stock Company Hydroinvest (INN (TIN) 7814382859; OGRN (PSRN) 1077847558381), a subsidiary of RusHydro has signed agreements with companies of RusHydro Group for the purchase of 422,168,010 RusHydro's ordinary shares (state registration number 1-01-55038-E from 22.02.2005; ISIN RU000A0JPKH7) representing 0.10 % of the Company's share capital on June 16, 2021.
Up to that moment Hydroinvest held 3,430,091,314 PJSC RusHydro's shares, representing 0.78% of the share capital and voting rights in the Company.
RusHydro's shares are included into the Level one of the List of Securities Admitted to Trading at Moscow Exchange.
