Accu Holding AG: Daniel Brupbacher resigns from the Board

Emmenbrücke, 1^st of February 2016 - Accu Holding AG (ACUN SW) announces the resignation of Daniel Brupbacher from the Board of Accu Holding with immediate effect due to personal reasons. Management and the Board would like to thank him for his effort and support during his term and wish him well in his future endeavours.

The Board plans to replace this open vacancy with an industrial expert. The successful appointment of a new independent member shall ensure the continued effort to increase Corporate Governance as well as broaden the pool of expertise.
