Niederwangen, May 20, 2016, 7 a.m. – The shareholders of Adval Tech Holding AG approved all proposals of the Board of Directors at their Annual General Meeting on May 19 as well as the remuneration for the Board and Group Executive Management. They also confirmed Willy Michel, Michael Pieper, Hans Dreier and Roland Waibel as Members of the Board of Directors for the period up to the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting in 2017. The shareholders re-elected Willy Michel for this period as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Willy Michel, Michael Pieper and Roland Waibel were also elected to the Appointments and Compensation Committee.
