Niederwangen, May 22, 2015, 7 a.m. – The shareholders of Adval Tech Holding AG approved all proposals of the Board of Directors at their Annual General Meeting on May 21. These included amendments to the Articles of Incorporation, made necessary by the Ordinance Against Excessive Remuneration in Listed Companies (ERCO). They also confirmed Willy Michel, Michael Pieper, Hans Dreier and Roland Waibel as Members of the Board of Directors for the period up to the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting in 2016. The shareholders re-elected Willy Michel for this period as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Willy Michel, Michael Pieper and Roland Waibel were also elected to the Appointments and Compensation Committee. For the first time the shareholders also decided on remuneration for the Board and Group Executive Management. They approved the corresponding proposals by the Board of Directors.
