ARROW CENTRAL EUROPE HOLDING MUNICH GMBH REDUCES ACCEPTANCE THRESHOLD OF DATA MODUL-OFFER TO 50%

Munich, March 23, 2015. In relation to its voluntary tender offer for all outstanding shares of DATA MODUL Aktiengesellschaft Produktion und Vertrieb von elektronischen Systemen ("DATA MODUL AG") (FSE:DAM), the bidder, Arrow Central Europe Holding Munich GmbH ("Arrow CEHM"), has reduced the acceptance threshold of the offer from 75% to 50%. The reduction of the acceptance threshold will lead to a two week extension of the offer period. DATA MODUL shareholders can tender their shares now until April 7, 2015, 24:00 hours (Frankfurt am Main local time). All other terms of the offer remain unchanged. Shareholders who have already tendered their shares will not need to take any further action.

Arrow CEHM is confident that the offer will be successfully concluded. As of Monday, March 23, 2015, a total of 47.77% of shares we already committed to Arrow CEHM's offer.
