On that date, Good Media Investment Holdings S.à r.l. held 2.98% in relation to all voting rights in Axel Springer AG (voting rights arising from 2,948,924 ordinary shares (Stammaktien); Axel Springer AG has issued ordinary shares only). This notification is given pursuant to sec. 21 (1) WpHG.

         2. Media Investment Holdings S.à r.l.

On 5 March 2013, the stake of Media Investment Holdings S.à r.l., [...] Luxembourg, Luxembourg, in the voting rights in Axel Springer AG, Axel-Springer-Straße 65, 10888 Berlin, fell below the threshold of 3%. On that date, Media Investment Holdings S.à r.l. held 2.98% in relation to all voting rights in Axel Springer AG (voting rights arising from 2,948,924 ordinary shares (Stammaktien); Axel Springer AG has issued ordinary shares only). All these voting rights were attributed to Media Investment Holdings S.à r.l. pursuant to secs. 21 (1), 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
         3. Colmar Investment Holdings Limited

On 5 March 2013, the stake of Colmar Investment Holdings Limited, [...] Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, in the voting rights in Axel Springer AG, Axel-Springer-Straße 65, 10888 Berlin, fell below the threshold of 3%.
