Delta Lloyd N.V., Amsterdam, Niederlande, hat uns mit Schreiben vom 22. April 2014 gemäß § 21 Abs. 1 WpHG die folgenden Mitteilungen gemacht:

'1. Delta Loyd Asset Management N.V.
On April 15, 2014, the stake of Delta Lloyd Asset Management N.V., Amstelplein 6, NL-1096 BC Amsterdam, The Netherlands, in the voting rights of Bilfinger SE, Carl-Reiß-Platz 1-5, 68165 Mannheim, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3%. On that date, Delta Lloyd Asset Management N.V. held 3.01% in relation to all voting rights in Bilfinger SE (voting rights arising from 1,384,066 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All such voting rights were attributable to Delta Lloyd Asset Management N.V. pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.

2. DLAM Holding B.V.
On April 15, 2014, the stake of DLAM Holding B.V., Amstelplein 6, NL-1096 BC Amsterdam, The Netherlands, in the voting rights of Bilfinger SE, Carl-Reiß-Platz 1-5, 68165 Mannheim, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3%. On that date, DLAM Holding B.V. held 3.01% in relation to all voting rights in Bilfinger SE (voting rights arising from 1,384,066 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All such voting rights were attributable to DLAM Holding B.V. pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sentences 2 and 3 WpHG.

3. Delta Lloyd N.V.
On April 15, 2014, the stake of Delty Lloyd N.V., Amstelplein 6, NL-1096 BC Amsterdam, The Netherlands, in the voting rights of Bilfinger SE, Carl-Reiß-Platz 1-5, 68165 Mannheim, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3%. On that date, Delta Lloyd N.V. held 3.01% in relation to all voting rights in Bilfinger SE (voting rights arising from 1,384,066 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All such voting rights were attributable to Delta Lloyd N.V. pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sentences 2 and 3 WpHG. Of such voting rights 2.32% (voting rights arising from 1,067,107 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)) were also attributable to Delta Lloyd N.V. pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.'
