BODMER CAPITAL ANNOUNCES NEW ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER

SWITZERLAND - December 30, 2015 - Bodmer Capital Group AG, today announced a recent addition to the company's Advisory Board, Florian Huth.

Florian is a Partner of ADM Capital responsible for the firms operations in Central Eastern Europe and CIS. He spearheaded ADM Capital's expansion into Eastern Europe and has executed deals in Ukraine, Bulgaria, Russia, Romania and Croatia.

Founded in 1998, ADM Capital is an investment manager that looks to achieve long term capital appreciation by investing in opportunities across Asia and Central and Eastern Europe with offices in Hong Kong, Istanbul, London, Kiev, Almaty and Bucharest. Since 2004, ADM Capital invested more than 3bn USD in over 100 private transactions globally.

He joined ADM Capital from DEG where he spent more than three years managing an equity, mezzanine and debt portfolio across various CEE and CIS countries. Prior to his role at DEG, Florian spent five years with KPMG Transaction Services in Cologne, Germany, focusing on due diligence and valuation assignments. Florian holds a Master in Business Administration and is a CFA charter holder as well as a Certified Public Accountant.
