BUWOG AG: Change in stake of voting rights of FMR LLC
FMR LLC notified on 01 September 2016 pursuant to section 91 et seq. Austrian Stock Exchange Act that FMR LLC and its controlled undertakings crossed a reporting threshold on 31 August 2016 and have a relevant interest in 5,043,006 shares of BUWOG AG or 5.05% of the voting rights of BUWOG AG.
