Zurich – Cembra Money Bank appoints Jörg Fohringer as B2B Leader. He will assume this function by 1 December 2018 and become a member of the Bank’s Management Board.

 

Since December 2016, Jörg Fohringer is Managing Director at Accarda, responsible for the strategic and operational management of the card business. Before joining Accarda, he spent more than six years at Migros as Head of Customer Relationship Management (CRM; 2010–2013) and as Head of Tactical Marketing and CRM (2013–2016). In these functions, Jörg Fohringer was, inter alia, responsible for the Cumulus programme and for the Cumulus-Mastercard, the Migros co-branded credit card which is issued by Cembra Money Bank.

 

Jörg Fohringer has extensive experience in business transformation, in development and implementation of strategies and in marketing in the financial services, retail and telecommunications industries. The 51-year-old Swiss citizen holds two Master degrees from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETH Zürich) – a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Advanced Studies in Management.
