"Ruizhu" Ranked the 4th on the Ophthalmic Medicines Leaderboard in Tmall

In 2014, the turnover scale of the online pharmacies in China reached up to RMB 7 billion, with growth rate of 62.8%, occupied approx. 0.6% of the overall pharmaceutical market in China. The number of online pharmacies was 150 in 2013 and increased to 246 by 2014. Tmall Pharmacy is one of the famous online pharmacy platforms, from May to December 2015, the turnover of Tmall Pharmacy reached up to approx. RMB528 million, and chemical drugs occupied approx. 32.89%.
"Ruizhu" (Polyvinyl Alcohol Eyedrops) is an anti-fatigue, non-prescription ophthalmic brand of China Grand Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Holdings Limited (Abbreviation: China Grand Pharm), it ranked the 4th on the Ophthalmic Medicines Leaderboard at Tmall Pharmacy, with market share of 8.37%.
China Grand Pharm started to involved in e-commerce in 2014, based on the product characters and market analysis, insert different types of products to the sales channels that fit the most to it, i.e. white collar and teenagers are the frequent users of electronic devices, due to the prolong exposure to electronic devices, some of them might be affected by dry eyes and Xerophthalmia. Since June 2015, China Grand Pharm threw in resources on digital TV in China, including Sohu, Tencent and PPTV, promoting "Ruizhu" (Polyvinyl Alcohol Eyedrops), expecting to use the most efficient and fastest way to promote China Grand Pharm and "Ruizhu" to the potential customer base.
