China Mobile Games and Cultural Investment Limited
To Invest in Integrated Advertising Agency Business

(Hong Kong, 26 January 2015) - China Mobile Games and Cultural Investment Limited ("CMG CUL INV" or "the Company", SEHK: 8081) is pleased to announce today that its wholly-owned subsidiary entered into the sale and purchase agreement to acquire 49% equity interest in the Cannes Films Cultural Investment Limited ("Cannes Films") at the consideration of HK$7.35 million.

Cannes Films is the holding company of Banana Limited which is principally engaged in the provision of integrated advertising agency service and film production. Banana Limited is currently an affiliated member of the Association of Accredited Advertising Agencies of Hong Kong (HK4As), which is an association established with an objective to maintain high standards and integrity among member agencies.

Hung Kenneth, Executive Director of CMG CUL INV, stated: "The acquisition will strengthen the relationship between us and Cannes Films Cultural Investment Limited. We believe that the acquisition will assist us to promote and launch the mobile-online games developed by the Group. In addition, the acquisition can also diversify the investment of the Group."
