Cooperating with Shanghai Saiguo
To Build Educational Platform through Organizing Quizzes Competition

(Hong Kong, 5 March 2015)-China Mobile Games and Cultural Investment Limited ("CMGCUL INV" or "the Group", SEHK: 8081) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jixiang Information Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. ("Jixiang") has entered into the Cooperation Agreement with Shanghai Saiguo Cultural Media Limited ("Shanghai Saiguo"), to hold a children educational activity namely "Silk Road Knowledge Quizzes Competition" which is launched by the activity organizing committee of the China Shuanyou for the Youth and Children.

Pursuant to the Cooperation Agreement, Jixiang will be responsible for design, development and production of the web version and mobile application of the program namely "I Am Little Chinese Hand - Silk Road Cultural Tour" used in the Silk Road Knowledge Quizzes Competition, and maintaining the system and server of the program. Shanghai Saiguo will be responsible for providing the documents and contents of the quizzes for inclusion in the program, promotion in target schools, liaising and communicating with relevant government authority and organizer in relation to the Silk Road Knowledge Quizzes Competition. The term of the Cooperation Agreement commences from now to 31 October 2015 and the Silk Road Knowledge Quizzes Competition will be held from 20 May 2015 to 20 September 2015.
