Proposed Listing of Something Big in Hong Kong

(Hong Kong, 10 March 2015) - China Mobile Games and Cultural Investment Limited ("CMGCUL INV" or "the Group", SEHK: 8081) announced today that the board of directors of Mighty Eight Investments Limited ("Mighty Eight", together with its subsidiaries, the "Mighty Eight Group"), a company owned 24% by the Group, has proposed to seek for listing of the shares of Mighty Eight or its holding company on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The wholly-owned subsidiary of Mighty Eight, Something Big Technology Company Limited ("HK SBT") is principally engaged in development and operation of mobile-online games and is responsible for marketing and distribution of games developed by Shanghai Wanjia Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("Shanghai Wanjia") and Shanghai Something Big Technology Co., Ltd. ("Shanghai SBT") to the international markets. Both Shanghai Wanjia and Shanghai SBT are pioneers in the mobile-online game market.

In March and September 2014, Mighty Eight Group launched two mobile games, namely, Voyage-Mobile and SanGuo Card respectively in various digital distribution platforms for mobile application software in the PRC and South East Asia markets. In September 2014, it published a third-party developed mobile-online RPG game"Tian Tian Gua Ji" in the region of Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. In January 2015, Mighty Eight Group has also launched an official licensed mobile-online game of National Basketball Association ("NBA") namely "NBA Hero" on the APP Store.
