Announces Property Sales Results for July 2015

(Hong Kong, 12 August 2015) China Overseas Grand Oceans Group Limited (the "Company"; Stock Code: 00081.HK) announced that, for July 2015, the property contracted sales amounted to HK$1,729 million and the contracted gross floor area ("GFA") reached 193,100 square meters. From January to July 2015, the total property contracted sales amounted to HK$11,804 million and the total contracted GFA reached 1,265,500 square meters. As at the end of July 2015, the property subscription sales amounted to HK$1,701 million and the subscription GFA reached 120,300 square meters.

In July, the Company together with its subsidiaries (collectively the "Group") did not acquire any land parcels.
