Clarification

(6 May 2015) China State Construction International Holdings Limited ("CSCI" or "The Group", Stock Code: 03311) recently noticed the information regarding "12 Chinese Enterprises including China State Construction Engineering Corporation Blacklisted by World Bank" and received enquiries from media and investors about the impact on CSCI.

The Group hereby confirms and clarifies that CSCI and its subsidiaries do not engage in any construction projects from World Bank, and are not involved in the matter mentioned above. Hence, the abovementioned matter has no impact on CSCI's business at all.
