INTERIM DIVIDEND

The Company has declared a second interim dividend in respect of the year 1 May 2019 to 30 April 2020.

A second interim dividend of 2.40p (2.19p: 2018) per Ordinary share will be paid on 2 January 2020 to the holders of Ordinary shares on the register at 13 December 2019, with an ex-dividend date of 12 December 2019.
