CN Logistics Annual General Meeting Held Successfully

Outstanding Achievements Prove Management Team’s

[Hong Kong – 27 May 2022] A well-established international logistics solutions provider, CN Logistics International Holdings Limited (the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”, stock code: 2130) has successfully held its annual general meeting today and voted on a series of agenda.

Over the past year, the Group has achieved breakthroughs in various areas thanks to the endless efforts of the Board of Directors and staff. Leveraging on the capital strength accumulated after its listing on the main board of Hong Kong, the Group is able to rapidly expand its business scale by acquiring wholly-owned subsidiaries in Italy and Switzerland, as well as a service provider operating in cruise logistics, bringing the brand awareness of CN Logistics to a new high. To support the surging customer demand, the Group has strengthened its global layout by setting up branches in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and more countries, and closely worked with strategic partners to consolidate its global air freight and logistics network. To grasp the opportunities that arise with eCommerce development, the Group launched its fine wine eCommerce platform “PJF Wines” (PJFWines.com) last year to target the huge consumer market in PRC. Earlier this year, the Group released another eCommerce platform “CNShip4Shop” (CNShipforShop.com) to provide one-stop international groupage solutions to end customers in 12 Asian regions, riding on our international footprint and background in serving brand customers. The new eCommerce platforms will be new growth engines and create more value for the Group.
