Annual Shareholder Meeting of Comet Holding AG: Constitution of the Board of Directors following the elections

Following the elections of the 70th Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors of Comet Holding AG, at its first meeting under Heinz Kundert as chairman of the board, decided on the following constitution:
|

Rolf Huber will take on the role of vice chairman of the Board of Directors. He will remain as chairman of the Nomination and Compensation Committee and will be supported in this role by Dr. iur. Mariel Hoch. The newly elected Patrick Jany will chair the Audit Committee. Franz Richter, so far member of the Technology Committee, will now be part of the Audit Committee. Prof. Dr. Gian-Luca Bona will continue as chairman of the Technology Committee and will receive support from the newly elected member of the Board of Directors Prof. Dr. Christoph Kutter.
