The CORPUS SIREO fund subsidiary based in Luxembourg has been officially approved as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) by the financial regulator in Luxemburg (CSSF). This means that CORPUS SIREO Investment Management S. à r. l. will in future also design, set up and manage real estate funds for institutional investors. Since 2012, the AIFM guideline has governed the approval, ongoing activity and transparency of managers of alternative investment funds in the European Union. The award of the license was preceded by an extensive certification procedure.

CORPUS SIREO Investment Management has been operating in Luxembourg since 2005. 36 employees are responsible for 1.6 billion euros of assets under management from the location in Luxembourg. The range of activities comprises five real estate special funds, including three Luxembourg SICAV funds, more than 60 participations and 89 properties in nine European countries.
