CW Group Signs MOU with ZUSE to Secure Turnkey Projects
Deepening the Partnership with German Engineering Solution Provider

(Hong Kong, 29 Aug 2016) Leading precision engineering solutions provider, CW Group Holdings Limited ("Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group", stock code: 1322) announced that its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, CW Advanced Technologies Pte. Ltd. ("CWAT"), has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Zuse Holding GmbH ("ZUSE"), a machine tools engineering and solution provider incorporated in Germany to secure turnkey projects relating to the automotive manufacturing and precision engineering industries in Germany (the "Project").

Pursuant to the MOU, CWAT will provide certain German and Japanese machinery product line supplies and application transfers; and ZUSE shall provide automotive manufacturing and precision engineering industries product line installation and assist in the machine commissioning on site in Germany. The Project value is approximately EUR12 million and is estimated to take approximately six months to complete.

Mr. William Wong, Chairman and CEO of the Group, said: "ZUSE is a machine tools engineering solution provider and has recently established its own brand of computer numeric control machinery. This co-operation will enable the exchange of new hi-technologies with overseas market player. The Project will not only further strengthen our presence and foothold in Germany, but will also become a good example for the future collaborations with other top market players in the industry."
