Pursuant to § 93 (2) Austrian Stock Exchange Act, DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft ('DO & CO') hereby announces, due to a notification received on 15 April 2014, as follows:

Carmignac Gestion ('Investor') with address 24 Place Vendôme, 75001 Paris, France, invests in DO & CO shares through the following UCITS funds managed directly or indirectly to him:

- Carmignac Euro-Entrepreneurs (French FCP),
- Carmignac Portfolio Euro-Entrepreneurs (Luxembourg Sub-fund of an Umbrella Sicav)

The Investor declares holding, through the UCITS directly or indirectly managed by him,

- Before 4 April 2014, the Investor held 3,86% of the shares issued by DO & CO, being 375,636 shares for a nominal amount of 38,24 EUR each, all together for a total amount of 14,364,321 EUR.
- Pursuant of an investment acted on 4 April 2014 the Investor declares holding 4,37% of shares issued by DO & CO, being 425,636 shares for a nominal amount of 38,6 EUR each, all together for a total amount of 16,429,549 EUR.
- As from 15 April 2014 the Investor holds in aggregate the voting rights of four hundred forty five thousand one hundred and ten shares (445,110) in DO & CO which correspondents to 4,59% of the total voting rights in DO & CO.
 
The Investor declares according to the Austrian regulations, having overtaken the 4% threshold through investments held to UCITS indirectly or directly managed by him, on 4 April 2014.
