Pursuant to § 93 (2) Austrian Stock Exchange Act, DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft hereby announces, that on 10 November 2014 it has received notification from Erste Asset Management GmbH that as of 7 November 2014 its affiliates ERSTE-SPARINVEST Kapitalanlagengesellschaft m.b.H. and RINGTURM Kapitalanlagengesellschaft m.b.H. (with which affiliates Erste Asset Management GmbH pursues a joint voting rights policy according to § 92 Z 1 Austrian Stock Exchange Act) have exceeded the 4% threshold, holding a total of 431,714 shares in DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft (49,500 of these shares being held by ERSTE-SPARINVEST Kapitalanlagengesellschaft m.b.H and 382,214 of these shares being held by RINGTURM Kapitalanlagengesellschaft m.b.H). This corresponds to a stake of 4.43% of the voting rights in DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft.
