Holger Lüth leaving Domicil Real Estate AG

Holger Lüth, Chief Financial Officer, is leaving the board of management of Domicil Real Estate AG with effect from 01.10.2022. The search for a successor has already begun; company founder and CEO Khaled Kaissar is assuming the tasks of the CFO on a provisional basis. “Mr Lüth has professionalised our finance department, preparing our company for the demands placed by the capital market. Together with Holger we have successfully conducted three capital increases and completed the largest acquisition in the history of the company. We would like to thank him for his extraordinary dedication and his commitment to the positive development of our company,” says Khaled Kaissar, the chief executive officer of Domicil Real Estate AG. “We look forward to meeting up with him again in the future and wish him all the very best.”
