Dusseldorf, August 22, 2012 - At today's Annual General Meeting, the attending shareholders of getgoods.de AG, a leading operator of online platforms for IT and telecommunication products in the fast growing e-commerce market, have approved all agenda items with vast majorities. In total, there was 70.61% of both the share capital and the voting shares of getgoods.de AG represented at the shareholders' meeting.
One agenda item was the relocation of the corporate headquarters from Dusseldorf to Frankfurt/Oder, others concerned shelve resolutions to increase the capital markets flexibility of the company.
Moreover, the shareholders appointed Mr. Peter Heinz as new member of the company's Supervisory Board. He is replacing the former member of the Supervisory Board, Dr. Yann Samson, who has resigned from his position for personal reasons with effect from the end of today's Annual General Meeting.

Mr. Heinz has worked in leading positions at several banks, including American Express Bank GmbH Germany, Manufacturers Hanover Trust, Germany, and most recently ARAB Bank AG, for more than 35 years. During his work he held several positions as member of the Supervisory Board of publicly listed German companies. He is still active on the Supervisory Boards of several companies today.

All agenda items were approved with a minimum of 93% of the attending voting rights.
