On October 06, 2014, Mr Dr. Dieter Hahn, Germany has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on Constantin Medien AG, Ismaning, Germany, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10% and 15% threshold of the Voting Rights on October 01, 2014 and on that day amounted to 19.47% (this corresponds to 18223748 Voting Rights). 16.97% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 15880748 Voting Rights) are attributed to Mr Hahn in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
