Die WIENER STADTWERKE GmbH und EnBW Trust eV, ein eingetragener Verein unter deutschem Recht mit Sitz in Karlsruhe, Durlacher Allee 93, 76131 Karlsruhe, Deutschland, eingetragen im Vereinsregister des Amtsgerichts Mannheim unter VR 103 737, haben am heutigen Tag, 05.03.2020, einen aufschiebend bedingten Aktienkaufvertrag über die von EnBW Trust eV gehaltenen 51.000.000 Stück Aktien an der EVN AG (FN 72000 h), ISIN: AT0000741053, abgeschlossen.
Der Aktienkauf ist aufschiebend bedingt mit der Erteilung der erforderlichen behördlichen Genehmigungen. Das Closing des Aktienkaufvertrags ist längstens bis zum 07.12.2020 in Aussicht gestellt.

WIENER STADTWERKE GmbH and EnBW Trust eV, a registered association (eingetragener Verein) under German law with its seat in Karlsruhe, Durlacher Allee 93, 76131 Karlsruhe, Germany, registered in the register for associations (Vereinsregister) of the district court (Amtsgericht) Mannheim under VR 103 737, have on this 05 March 2020 entered into a conditional share purchase agreement regarding the sale of 51,000,000 shares in EVN AG (FN 72000 h), ISIN: AT0000741053, held by EnBW Trust eV.
The share purchase is subject to the approval of the competent public authorities. The closing of the share purchase agreement is envisaged as per 07 December 2020 at the latest.
