Goldbach Group AG extends its management team:
Raoul Gerber becomes member of the management of Goldbach Group AG
Küsnacht-Zurich, November 24th, 2014. The Executive Committee of Goldbach Group AG, the leading communications expert for the marketing of private electronic, mobile and interactive media and online marketing in the DACH region, Eastern Europe and the Adriatic region, has approved the appointment of Raoul Gerber to the management team. Gerber will officially assume his post as Chief Commercial Officer on the Executive Committee of Goldbach Group AG as of 1 January 2015.

Raoul Gerber (51) is an established expert in the industry. After completing his studies in literature and philosophy at the University of Geneva, he joined RTN - one of the first private radio stations in Switzerland - where he served as a radio host and then as an account manager. He subsequently played a part in the commercialisation of the first Swiss radio advertising block and in the launch of the local television broadcaster Léman Bleu, before moving to Goldbach, where he held various leadership positions within the Group from 2002 onwards. He served as a member of the management at the company's subsidiary Goldbach Media (Switzerland) AG for ten years as Head of Sales, before being appointed Director Austria & Switzerland in 2014 as part of the extended management of Goldbach Group AG. He will now join the Group management in his new role as Chief Commercial Officer. The other members of the management, the Executive Committee, at Goldbach Group AG are: Michi Frank, CEO, Lukas Leuenberger, CFO, Klaus Nadler, CMO, and Roland Wittmann, CSO.
For Jens Alder, President of the Executive Committee of Goldbach Group AG, this was both a strategic and logical decision: "We are clearly committed to focussing on our core competency as a digital sales house. It therefore made perfect sense to integrate the Chief Commercial Officer into the management."
