CHANGES TO THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF JSC HALYK BANK

Joint Stock Company 'Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan' ('Halyk Bank' or 'the Bank') (LSE: HSBK) hereby announces the following changes to its Management Board:

Mr. Kozhamurat Uskimbayev, Deputy Chairman of the Bank's Management Board in charge of the Bank's security and bad loan recovery, resigned at his own initiative on 17 January 2015 in accordance with the Resolution of the Bank's Board of Directors dated 16 January 2015.

Starting from 19 January 2015, Mr. Aivar Bodanov has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and elected a member of the Bank's Management Board in accordance with the Resolution of the Bank's Board of Directors dated 16 January 2015.
