on reclassification of securities

30 January 2015

JSC 'Halyk Bank' (hereinafter - the 'Bank') (LSE: HSBK) announces that with effect from January 1, 2015, the Bank's securities listed on JSC 'Kazakhstan Stock Exchange' (hereinafter - 'KASE') have been reclassified. This is in accordance with new requirements for issuers and their securities (being) admitted to trading on the KASE and for the certain categories included in the KASE Trading List, as well as Amendments and additions No. 11 to the Listing Rules, which specify additional listing requirements for issuers and their securities.

Since January 1, 2015 the Bank's securities are traded on the KASE in the following categories:
