Joint Stock Company 'Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan' ('Bank') (LSE: HSBK) announces that today the Board of Directors of the Bank has recommended to the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting to approve to allocate the part of net income, received according to the Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2014, for payment of dividends on preferred shares of the Bank in the amount KZT 13,44 per one preferred share.

The amount of net income to be allocated for payment of dividends on common shares of the Bank is recommended for approval at the level of KZT 3,14 per one common share of the Bank / KZT 125,60 per one GDR of the Bank.
The further information will be provided in materials to the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting of the Bank.
