CHANGES TO THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF JSC HALYK BANK

Joint Stock Company 'Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan' ('Halyk Bank' or 'the Bank') (LSE: HSBK) hereby announces the following changes to its Management Board:

Starting from 7 July 2015, Mr. Aslan Talpakov has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and elected a member of the Bank's Management Board in accordance with the Resolution of the Bank's Board of Directors dated 7 July 2015.

Mr. Talpakov joined the Bank in July 2011 as a Director of the Corporate Lending Department. Previously Mr. Talpakov used to work as a manager of the Corporate Department at JSC SB 'RBS Kazakhstan'. Before that he held various positions at ABN AMRO BANK Kazakhstan. Mr. Talpakov will be in charge of small and medium enterprise (SME) business, as well as marketing and PR.
