The district court (Amtsgericht) in Duisburg, the responsible bankruptcy court pursuant to Section 270a of the German Insolvency Act (InsO), today ordered temporary self-administration and appointed Mr. Horst Piepenburg, attorney at law, provisional trustee of Hansa Group AG (ISIN DE0007608606, WKN 760860) and its subsidiaries LUHNS GmbH (Duisburg), WASCHMITTELWERK GENTHIN GmbH (Duisburg) and Chemische Fabrik Wibarco GmbH (Duisburg).
