2019 Half-Year Report
Group Development in the First Half of 2019
- Compared to the previous year, EBIT declined from CHF 2.7 million to CHF -6.4 million. The decrease essentially results from the Film and the Sports segments.
- Consolidated total assets as of June 30, 2019 amounted to CHF 951.7 million, down CHF 13.3 million compared with December 31, 2018 (CHF 965.0 million).
- While current assets fell by CHF 42.0 million - in particular due to a significant decline in receivables - non-current assets rose by CHF 28.7 million. This development is essentially a result of the first-time capitalization of right-of-use assets in connection with the mandatory adoption of the accounting standard IFRS 16 "Leases".
- Equity decreased by CHF 20.0 million to CHF 371.3 million due to declines in reserves and non-controlling interests.
