Erste Asset Management GmbH notified on 22 December 2016 pursuant to section 91 et seq. Austrian Stock Exchange Act that Erste Asset Management GmbH and its controlled undertakings crossed a reporting threshold on 20 December 2016 and have a relevant interest in 39,042,380 shares of IMMOFINANZ AG, corresponding to 4.00% of the voting rights of IMMOFINANZ AG.

The voting rights are not held directly by Erste Asset Management GmbH and ERSTE-SPARINVEST Kapitalanlagegesellschaft m.b.H. The voting rights are held by investment funds, each managed by the respective management company. Thus these shareholdings are not shareholdings of the management companies.
