Notice according to section 135 para 1 Austrian Stock Exchange Act 2018
IMMOFINANZ AG: Change in number of voting rights

Pursuant to section 135 para 1 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act 2018, IMMOFINANZ AG hereby notifies that at the end of June 2018, the number of voting rights amounts to a total of 112,085,269. The company's share capital at the end of June 2018 is EUR 112,085,269.00 and is divided into 112,085,269 ordinary no-par value shares which currently represent a portion of the share capital of EUR 1.00 each.

These changes are due to the effectiveness of the resolutions of the 25th ordinary shareholders' meeting held on 11 May 2018 on a reverse stock split in a ratio of 10 : 1 as well as a capital increase from company own funds in connection with an ordinary decrease of the share capital of the company.

Pursuant to section 120 para 2 item 1 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act 2018 it is hereby announced that also the number of exercisable voting rights has changed. At the end of June 2018 the number of exercisable voting rights amounts to 110,585,269, taking into consideration 1,500,000 treasury shares held by IMBEA IMMOEAST Beteiligungsverwaltung GmbH, 100% subsidiary of the company.
