Airopack Technology Group AG - 2015 Half-year results

- Airopack sales volume increased by 72% compared to first half 2014
- Volume development of Triple-A consumer brand on track
- Mid-term outlook reaffirmed
Airopack Technology Group's joint venture company Airolux reported an increase of its sales volume in the first half of 2015 of 72% compared to the first half of 2014.
The recent global launch by our Triple-A client of its new shave gel line, packed in Airopack's revolutionary dispensers, accounted for the majority of the volume. Group management is satisfied to see that the volume development for its leading customer is on track.
The expansion of the global production capacity necessary to support the growing demand for Airopack is unfortunately partially delayed due to unexpected capacity constraints at one of Airopack's external machine builders. However, the group management is confident that this delay will not affect the mid-term prospects of Airopack.
Airopack Technology Group expects a consolidated net loss of EUR 3.7 million for the first half of 2015, of which EUR 3.0 million resulting from its joint venture company Airolux.
