Supervisory Board of itelligence AG extends contracts of CEO Herbert Vogel and CFO Norbert Rotter

Bielefeld, May 7, 2012 - itelligence AG announced that its Supervisory Board has resolved to extend the appointments of founder and CEO Herbert Vogel and CFO Norbert Rotter. The term of office of Herbert Vogel has been extended until December 31, 2015 at his request and with the consent of the Supervisory Board, while the term of office of Norbert Rotter has been extended until December 31, 2017 with his approval.
The Supervisory Board has reiterated its confidence in the Management Board members Herbert Vogel and Norbert Rotter and their ability to continue itelligence AG's successful growth path over the coming years.
With the long-term extension of their appointments, the Supervisory Board is recognizing the outstanding performance of the Management Board members in recent years.
