Jun Yang Financial Holdings Limited Officially Uses new Name

(Hong Kong, 28 August 2015)-Jun Yang Financial Holdings Limited ("Jun Yang Financial Holdings" or the "Group", SEHK: 397) is pleased to announce that subsequent to the passing of the Change of Company Name by the Shareholders at the Special General Meeting, the Certificates of the new Company Name were issued by the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda and Hong Kong. The English name of the Company is officially changed to "Jun Yang Financial Holdings Limited", and the Chinese name is "君陽金融控股有限公司".

Since the acquisition of Jun Yang Securities Company Limited, the Group has been putting more efforts and resources in developing the financial services business. The change of Company Name will better reflect the nature and principal activities of the Group; as well as strengthen the Company's corporate image and identity.
