Jun Yang Financial Holdings Appoints Mr. Kwok Sze Yiu, Gordon
As Chairman and Executive Director

(Hong Kong, 6 Nov 2015) - Jun Yang Financial Holdings Limited ("Jun Yang Financial Holdings" or the "Group", SEHK: 397) is pleased to announce that Mr. Kwok Sze Yiu, Gordon ("Mr. Kwok") has been appointed as the Chairman and Executive Director of the Group with effect from 6 November 2015.

Mr. Kwok is a seasoned expert with over 15 years of extensive experience in the financial industry in the Greater China region, including experience in private equity investment, merger and acquisitions and corporate finance. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Kwok worked as a senior associate at Olympus Capital, was a Director at The Blackstone Group and the Managing Director of Yunfeng Capital. Mr. Kwok holds Bachelor degree of Science in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University of Science and Technology, United States and Master degree of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, United States.

Ever since the establishment of the new financial business segment last year, the Group has built a solid position in Hong Kong's financial market in a short period, capturing the increasingly deepen financial relationship between Hong Kong and mainland China. The board believes that with solid investment background and extensive network built during his services in Black Stone and Yunfeng Capital, the private equity firm formed by some most successful entrepreneurs, pioneers and industry leaders in China, Mr. Kwok will strengthen the Group's development in the financial market and form long-term strategies which synergize the investment and financial services business, leading the Group to further tap the tremendous potential of the industry, and hence achieving its goal of becoming one of the most comprehensive and integrated financial service providers in Hong Kong.
