Kingdee and Kingsoft to cooperate in Enterprise Cloud Services

(24 March 2015, Hong Kong) Kingdee International Software Group Company Limited (Stock Code: 00268.HK)is pleased to announced that,on March 23, 2015,Kingdee Group and Kingsoft Corporation Limited ("Kingsoft") signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Under the terms of the agreement, both parties will strengthen their cooperation in Mobile Cloud services, Cloud storage, Cloud security and allied fields. Focusing on the enterprise market, the two sides will leverage their strengths in technology, product and market, and share user resources, open Application Programming Interface (API), interoperate to enhance customer support, cooperate in capital, helpestablish mechanisms to achieve win-win cooperation and work together to expand the industry. The Chairman of the Board and CEO of Kingdee, Mr. XU Shaochun, and the CEO of Kingsoft, Mr. ZHANG Hongjiang, attended the signing ceremony and demonstrated their high degree of commitment to the strategic cooperation.

According to the agreement, the cooperation will start with two firms working together to promote the one-stop Mobile Office Cloud service based on the Kingdee Cloud Hub, Kingsoft WPS and Cloud storage. Users can easily save and access files in the Cloud among different terminals, circulate files, edit collaboratively, engage in an approval process and enjoy other excellent office experiences. By opening the API and allowing seamless access to more business services, this collaboration helps enterprises to accelerate their capabilities in mobile office, improve work efficiency, and enhance organizations' vitality.The alliance between the strong companies has great significance - both sides will work together to provide the ultimate Cloud services experience for business users and change the way that millions of people work, and assist Chinese enterprises to successfully transform to the Cloud."
