Kingdee Joins Hands with JD.COM
in Developing Free E-Commerce Mobile Office

(4 Aug 2015, Hong Kong) Kingdee International Software Group Company Limited ("Kingdee" or "the Company", Stock Code: 00268.HK), a leading Enterprise Internet service provider in China, is pleased to announce that Kingdee Cloud Hub was officially launched on JD.com, offering a secure and highly efficient free mobile office application for e-commerce merchants. This marks another milestone of the strategic cooperation with JD.com.

With Kingdee's Cloud Hub now downloadable on JD.com, e-commerce entrepreneurs can directly access and use the mobile office application free of charge. The address book function of Cloud Hub integrates instant messaging, documentation sharing, check-in and telephone conference services. Users can use the above functions after activating the Cloud Hub application on their mobile phones. Moreover, certain mobile functions can integrate with the Cloud Hub website and other PC products to lower costs and improve productivity.

In March 2015, Kingdee and JD.com reached a strategic partnership agreement for providing ERP integrated solution of cloud services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Mr Xu Shaochun, Founder of Kingdee said, "It is a win-win situation for launching Kingdee's Cloud Hub on JD.com, allowing users of JD.com to experience the quality products of Kingdee.
