Kronach, September 16, 2013. - Loewe has almost completed its program of restructuring measures as part of the ongoing protective proceedings. Besides entering into a partnership with Chinese company Hisense, it has taken the final steps required to adapt its cost structure. Consequently, the Executive Board has decided that approximately 150 employees from across the company will be made redundant with effect from October 1, 2013. Completion of the restructuring measures, plus the partnership with Hisense, paves the way for the arrival of a new investor.
