LSR Group enters the apartment market with the NEOPARK project
 
LSR Group has entered into a new real estate segment: the apartment market. The company announces the start of sales in the NEOPARK business class complex, the construction of which has already begun in the Moskovsky district of St. Petersburg.
 
NEOPARK consists of three 12-storey apartment buildings located along Pulkovsky Park. The complex with an area of 24 thousand square meters is designed for a total 253 apartments, most of which are with a view. This was achieved by checkerboard arrangement of the buildings. Buyers can choose from studios with an area of 34 square meters to three-bedroom, open-layout apartments of 76 square meters. The price per square meter starts from RUB 112,000. NEOPARK will be commissioned in the second quarter of 2021, and the residents will receive their keys by December 30, 2021.
 
NEOPARK is located in a quarter already formed by LSR Group. Nearby, there are the VIVA residential complex and the NEO business class house (both built by the company). The territory adjacent to the complex will be landscaped according to an individual design project by the time the facility is finished.
 
The courtyard is a private area, which will be completely closed to outsiders. The project comes with a secure underground parking for 84 cars.
 
Moskovskoye and Pulkovskoye highways are nearby as well as Dunaisky avenue. The Zvyozdnaya metro station is 15 minutes away by foot. It takes 20 minutes by car to reach the historic center, 15 minutes to reach the airport, and an hour to reach the palaces in St. Petersburg's suburbs.
