As at 31 May 2019, the Company's issued share capital consists of 127,350,001 Ordinary Shares of one penny each.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is 127,350,001 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they should determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
